The M & M Game
The M & M Game
This is
activity provides the participants in a mifgash group with a creative and tasty
way to gain a little bit of personal information about the other members of the
group.
Materials:
Enough M & M's for everyone
Length:
20 minutes
Group Size: Any
size (mixed subgroups of 10)
Staffing: one
facilitator per subgroup
Procedure:
Done in Small Mixed Groups
1. Split up
your group into mixed subgroups of 10. Each subgroup should have a facilitator
in it who is in possession of a couple of small bags of M & M's.
2. The
facilitator should pass the bag of M & M's around the circle, instructing
the participants to take out three randomly picked M & M's. Be sure to
instruct them NOT to eat them yet.
3.
When everyone has picked three, explain to the group that each color symbolizes
a different subject. Ask every participant to tell something about themselves
according to the color M & M's they hold in their hands.
4. Hand out
the rest of the chocolate and enjoy each others company
